1. Recruitment position: Headhunting Business Partner / Headhunting Director

Reporting to:  Director

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for customer information analysis of target industries, research customer needs, and understand market conditions;

2. According to the company's business plan, develop the market and business, and lead the team to achieve the established performance goals;

3. Understand and master customer and talent demand information, help consultants analyze job requirements, discuss and form search strategies;

4. According to the established direction, analyze and expand the interview channels, integrate candidate resources, and locate target candidates;

5. Recruit, develop and motivate the team, improve the overall professional ability and combat effectiveness of the team, and ultimately improve the overall performance of the team;

6. Connect with key customers and maintain good communication and cooperation with customers;

7. Implement the company's service standards and process regulations, control key nodes, and ensure service quality;

8. Grasp the new trends of headhunting industry market development, keep pace with the times, and have the courage to explore and try new models and methods.

Require:

1. Full-time university degree or above, majors are not limited;

2. With more than 5 years of experience in the headhunting industry, can lead the team to achieve the company's goals and performance;

3. Have stable customer resources and team delivery ability, keen market sense and pioneering spirit;

4. Have experience and resources in 1-2 industries such as medicine/big health, Internet, consumer goods, real estate, chemical energy, new retail, high-end manufacturing, etc., and have a deep accumulation of contacts and experience in this industry;

5. Excellent strategic thinking and goal management awareness, positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.


2. Headhunting Consultant/Senior Consultant/Manager

Reporting to: Headhunting Business Partner/Headhunting Director

Responsibilities:

1. Formulate talent search strategies according to customer needs, and independently complete the delivery of mid-to-high-end headhunting projects;

2. Develop and maintain talent search channels, responsible for talent search, interview selection, recommendation and salary negotiation, follow-up of warranty period, etc.;

3. Maintain and excavate existing customers to ensure achievement of performance and goals; at the same time manage and maintain candidates, establish and improve and maintain talent pool;

4. Manage the progress of the project, and promote the development of the project on the client side and the talent side;

5. Cooperate to complete the project work of the company or team.

Require:

1. College degree or above, majors are not limited;

2. Have more than 1 year of headhunting experience, like to deal with people, and have enthusiasm for headhunting;

3. Have strong talent search and customer development capabilities, and have certain professionalism and accumulation in a certain industry segment;

4. Clear logic, strong communication and expression skills, good at understanding analysis and rapid learning, and good interpersonal sensitivity;

5. Positive and down-to-earth, with strong internal drive and pressure resistance.


3. Headhunting Project and Administration Assistant (Intern)

Project Responsibilities:

1. Assist consultants to collect customer information of target industries, analyze and study customer requirements, and provide customers with valuable services;

2. Screen suitable candidates from various channels according to job requirements, assist consultants in preliminary screening of resumes, telephone communication and preliminary interview arrangements;

3. Conduct unfamiliar phone calls and follow-up phone calls according to project requirements;

4. Candidate information collation, database information collation and update;

Daily Responsibilities:

1. Handle the daily administrative affairs of the company;

2. Cooperate with the work arrangement of consultants and partners;

3. Assist in organizing various types of company activities, such as annual meetings, etc.

4. Other assigned tasks

Job Requirements:

1. Responsible, careful, and good communication and coordination skills;

2. Proficient in using basic office software, including MS office, network search, etc.;
