Four project quality evaluation system

Step two: internal assessment within Excellence Management Consultant. The consultant who do not belong to the project team would raise queries and consummate the report based on this system;
Step three: Invite the experts outside Excellence management Consultant to review the project, examine the submitted program and suggest improvements;
Step four: project team members review the project with customers and are ready to accept reasonable proposals from clients and make amendments.
