Mr. Johnny Mok


 
     Doctor of business administration, Executive Director of Hong Kong Management Solution and Investment Co. Ltd., the founder of the first Human Resource Consulting Agency in South China. Mr. Mok has about 20 years’ hands on experience in enterprise management and consulting . He has provided professional service to over 300 well-known domestic and foreign enterprises in terms of Management and Investment Consultation, as well as Executive Search.

     In recent years, Mr Mok has been committed to the practice and research on managerial development and investment of Chinese enterprises.

Mr. Dennis Wong

 

     Mr. Wong is an expert in management strategy and human resources. He holds MBA degree at the University of Durham, Marketing Diploma of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Certified Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming and Certified Administrator for Myer-Briggs Type Indicator.

     He has extensive working experience at top level in multinational corporations(such as PEPSICO, Henkel, Baxter Healthcare, Bossini and Applica Durable Manafacturing etc.). Having been the Executive Director of a HK listed company, through clear analysis, he is especially strong in deploying simple and direct methods to help corporations to redefine and reengineer their business strategy and people management system. As a coach to top executives, he has successfully conducted management consultation and development for many multinational and domestic corporations.

 

Mr. Silas Lin

 

     PhD of  Management ,  Master of  industrial organizational psychology in Zhejiang university,  the chief representative of HRPA,  visiting professor of MBA to Jiao tong university and university of sunshine coast in Australia Mr. Lin has served as a senior manager for foreign manufacturing enterprises and taken charge of various management projects, such as corporate strategy planning, organization restructure, ISO-9000 quality system, MRP and storage system, JDE and SAP information management system, industry engineering studies, cross-culture management studies, industry security and environment control system, etc. Through his nearly 20 years’ managerial career, Mr. Lin has served as a Plant Manager, GM and other posts respectively in LANH, Pepsi, Pillsbury, Mary Kay, etc, which has granted him extensive theoretical knowledge and broad practical management experience.



Mr. Bill Xie 
 


       Graduated from MBA of Fudan University, he has more than 20 years of world-class multinational enterprise management and investment, and is a senior management and investment expert with international business operating experience. He once worked in America Biraud Groups, America Harry Barton Groups, Japan JHN, Shell (China) Co., Ltd., the British Petrol Company and other multinational companies as Director, Deputy General Manager, General Manager and other important positions. As a combat-based consultancy, he has a lot of theoretical knowledge and comprehensive experience in corporate strategy, project investment, marketing etc. He also has an in-depth research on multinational companies, state-owned enterprises, private enterprises operating philosophy and management models.
